2019 IEEE TC-B2S Technical Achievement Award

This award recognizes significant and sustained contributions to the Bio-mechatronics and Bio-robotics Systems (B2S) community through the IEEE Technical Committee on Bio-mechatronics and Bio-robotics Systems (TC-B2S). The award is based on the impact and achievement of high-quality research made by the awardee throughout the lifetime. The award consists of a plaque and a citation.

Eligibility

The candidate can be anyone except the current officers of IEEE TC-B2S and members of the IEEE TC-B2S Awards Committee.

2019 IEEE TC-B2S Early-Career Award

This award recognizes a junior researcher from either academia or industry who has demonstrated outstanding contributions to the field of Bio-mechatronics and Bio-robotics Systems (B2S) in the early stage of his/her career development. The award selection committee will particularly emphasize the significance and impacts of the research work led by the applicant. The award consists of a plaque and a citation.

Eligibility

The candidate can be anyone except the current officers of IEEE TC-B2S and members of the IEEE TC-B2S Awards Committee. Meanwhile, the candidate must be an IEEE member in good standing under 35 years old at the application deadline.

2019 IEEE TC-B2S Service Award

This award recognizes an individual who has contributed significantly to TC-B2S, and the Bio-mechatronics and Bio-robotics Systems community in general. The award consists of a plaque and a citation.
