INSTRUCTIONS FOR AUTHORS

Paper Submission:

Prospective authors of both regular session and invited session should submit their papers electronically in PDF format, using format templates provided by 2017 ICARM. 8 pages in the first submission are allowed for each paper, including figures. A maximum of 6 pages is permitted at the final submission for accepted paper, but each page in excess of 6 will incur an extra charge of 200 CNY.

To submit a paper, please follow the following steps:
1. Obtain LoginID(s) and Password(s)
The following information are required : Research Interests for the authors, The Authors’ Names,  Affiliations and Email Addresses
Upon completion, LoginID(s) and Password(s) will be sent to each author by email.
2. Upload FULL Paper and Abstract
The paper must be submitted in Portable Document Format (pdf) file. Please refer to the Notes for Author. An Abstract of the paper in plain ASCII text should also be provided with the submission.

After you click the button above and enter your LoginID and Password, you will need to choose the type of submissions, please refer to the following details then:
1. The type of Regular Paper is for regular authors.
2. The type of Invited Session Proposal is for organizers of invited sessions.
3. The type of Invited Session Paper is for the authors invited by the organizers of invited sessions.

Plagiarism and Excessive Re-use of Earlier Materials:

Content of any submissions should be original and must not be submitted for consideration in any other conferences or journals. Submissions will be checked against plagiarism and self-plagiarism using the iThenticate tool provided by IEEE. Double submission policy violations will be checked with other conferences that have a parallel reviewing process. Possible violations will be reported to IEEE for further investigation.
