If required, please be sure to apply for a visa that provides a sufficient time frame for your participation (a few months are needed in general).

If you need invitation letters for your visa application, You should fill the following form.

You must download Letter of reason for invitation, Schedule of the stay,Letter of guarantee and fill in the corresponding sections according to the instruction. Finally, please fill the following form and upload the completed documents(Letter of reason for invitation, Schedule of the stay, Letter of guarantee). We will mail the source files to you. We have offered example files to you. You can use these files as references.

Invitation letters should only be issued to Speakers/Presenters and Committee members who have paid the required registration fee in full. When you plan to travel with your family and/or students who do not present any paper, your family members or students should apply for visas together.
