*Fee for Banquet ($100) includes welcome banquet (July 3) and award banquet (July 4).
*Fee for Buffet ($100) includes dinner buffet in July 3 and lunch buffets from July 3-5.

Paper/Poster Upload: In order to submit the final paper, at least one of the authors has to register in advance (see above). Authors registered as either ‘student’ or ‘regular’ are allowed to upload 1 contribution. Six pages including figures in standard IEEE conference paper format are allowed for each paper. You can purchase a maximum of two additional pages for each contribution at an extra fee of 100 USD per page.

IEEE Student Member: In order to register as a student, select the appropriate student registration category during the online registration and have a softcopy of any of the following documents ready for upload:
i) A copy of your enrolment
ii) A copy of your student card
iii) A official letter from your institution (in English)
(Accepted file size and formats: less than 2MB; PDF, DOC, DOCX, RTF, JPG/JPEG, PNG or GIF)
Cancellation Policy
