Cancellation Policy

No requests for cancellations will be accepted.

Note:

1.Registration Confirm: After successful registration, please send the information about paper number and voucher of registration fee to icarm2026@gmail.com.

2.Paper/Poster Upload: In order to submit the final paper, at least one of the authors has to register in advance (see above). Authors registered as either ‘student’ or ‘regular’ are allowed to upload 1 contribution. Six pages including figures in standard IEEE conference paper format are allowed for each paper. You can purchase a maximum of two additional pages for each contribution at an extra fee of 100 EUR per page.

3.IEEE Student Member: In order to register as a student, select the appropriate student registration category during the online registration and have a softcopy of any of the following documents ready for upload:

i) A copy of your enrolment.
ii) A copy of your student card.
iii) A official letter from your institution (in English). (Accepted file size and formats: less than 2MB; PDF, DOC, DOCX, RTF, JPG/JPEG, PNG or GIF)
